One of our OGs is back for a short run, a complete workhorse of a knife with it's 8inch high carbon steel blade. It's a real favourite @ Hurricane Alpha HQ.
Ideal for cutting protein such as meat or fish and slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables and fruit. please use on wood or high density chopping boards and avoid cutting bone and frozen produce.
To keep your high carbon knife razor sharp and in perfect condition we would always recommend whetstone sharpening on a regular basis and ensuring that your knife is hand washed and thoroughly dried after every use.
